Some products may be offered as pre orders. Unless otherwise stated, pre order production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks before shipment. Shipping carrier transit times are separate from production times and are estimates only.

4. Payments

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from contact@bynxelle.com containing your tracking information.

Bynxelle is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier delays, customs processing, lost or stolen packages after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@bynxelle.com and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue.

Requests submitted after the 48 hour period may not qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bynxelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of our products, website, or Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable order.
